| Ellie &#038; Scott"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Meeting with Ellie &amp; Scott for the first time was like meeting with old friends.&nbsp; We hit it off right away as we talked about both being high school sweethearts, the love of cooking, and recently trying the Paleo lifestyle.&nbsp; Paleo whaaat?!&nbsp; If you haven&#8217;t heard of eating in this way, google it, it&#8217;s a real way of eating that involves eating basically what can be found in nature as it is.&nbsp; Think lots of grass-fed meats, fresh veggies &amp; fruits, and nuts.&nbsp; I told Ellie &amp; Scott how we were giving it a try and they said they also had &#8216;went Paleo&#8217; for a period of time, too cool!&nbsp; We both agreed it&#8217;s super hard to stick to at times, ( Sometimes you juuust want some pizza!&nbsp; Can I find that on a tree?!) but we agreed it was worth it for the energy boost and just feeling healthier.<\/p>\n<p>Then Ellie shared with me her love of baking and I was totally sold. \ud83d\ude00&nbsp; They decided to have part of their engagement shoot baking cookies in her adorable home followed by a picnic at a nearby park.&nbsp; I asked to share the amazing chocolate chip recipe, but Ellie has been sworn to secrecy by her cousin who formulated it.&nbsp; True story!&nbsp; A very good alternative though is a classic recipe that I&#8217;ve often used, the Nestle Toll House recipe, it can be found <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/pin\/284571270174055244\/\" target=\"_blank\">here on my Pinterest<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ellie &amp; Scott really made this shoot their own by sharing with me what&#8217;s special to them, my favorite!&nbsp; I&#8217;m super excited to see what&#8217;s in store for their fall wedding later this year.
