Married | Angie & Andrew
Rain could not keep Angie & Andrew from having an amazing time at their wedding celebrations held at the Old Stone Chapel. Angie remained so positive and vibrant throughout the day that I think the rain knew to stay away during their outdoor photos. The best part is their love story which began in high school as a friendship, Angie shared with me their sweet vows to each other:
Andrewās vows:
Angie ā weāve known each other for half of our lives now and weāve created quite a history between us. I remember the first time I saw you ā we were walking past each other freshman year of high school at a basketball game ā you were walking out of the building and I was walking in. I wouldnāt say that it was exactly love at first sight but you definitely made an impression on me. I donāt recall exactly what you said but I do remember that you were by far the most happy and outgoing person that I had met so far in my life and I knew that I liked you.
Soon enough we became friends and after a while we were spending a lot of time together ā riding to school in the morning, hanging out after school, and going out on the weekends. My friends would accuse me of being stuck in the āfriend zoneā but I was happy to be there. Soon enough we both decided that we liked each other more than friends and tried to make things work between us, although some would say that it took us long enough to get to that point.
Itās our friendship that is the foundation of our relationship. No matter what happens between us we always have that to fall back on.
I know you better than anyone else. I know your strengths and weaknesses and I love all of it. I know exactly who you are and I wouldnāt change one thing about you.
I promise to always work on bettering myself, improving our relationship and trying every day to be someone that you can trust. I promise to always stand by you and be on the same team. When times get tough I promise to stay and work things out. I donāt plan on going anywhere and Iām in this for the long haul. I love you more than words can say and I couldnāt be more excited to spend the rest of my life with you.
Angieās vows:
Well, you canāt say that we rushed into this. I have loved you for half of my life and I am looking forward to loving you for the rest of it. Every time I think I have you figured out, you surprise me. You have taught me to go for what I want in life and that good things come when you work hard for it. You make me want to be the best possible person I can be and I hope to someday (hopefully) have some of the levelheadedness you always seem to have. You always find the silver lining in every situation.
How lucky am I to get to spend the rest of my life with someone who makes me laugh every day?
I will fight for our future together, no matter what challenges we face. I promise to fight for your dreams, even when you think you canāt anymore. I promise to do my best to love you, even when I donāt especially like you. You bring so much excitement, happiness, comfort and joy to my life.
We make a great team. Letās grow really, really old together.

My husband, Beau, also produced a video from Angie & Andrewās big day. He had so much fun with his wedding video of Ellen & Jay in May that heās been excitedly working on more video projects. He and I have decided that itās a great idea to now offer music video and other cinematic services, we recognize and value how truly awesome it is to document stories through both photographs and video. We hope you also enjoy Angie & Andrewās video below!
